- A. You cannot place an order on our website and collect it in store. All orders are delivered to the customers address by recorded delivery.
- Q. HOW SAFE AM I TO ORDER ONLINE WITH MY CREDIT CARD?
A. Very safe! KickFlip Boards checkout process is certificate encrypted with upto 256-bit SSL, issued by Trustwave. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping address be processed securely without any compromising factors.
SSL is short for Secure Sockets Layer, a protocol developed by Trustwave for transmission of private and sensitive materials via the Internet. SSL uses a cryptographic system that utilizes two keys to encrypt data - a public key known to everyone and a private key known only to the recipient of the message.
- Q. WHAT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED IN TERMS OF PAYMENT?
A. We accept Switch, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, America Express, Discover, Switch and Maestro cards. Sorry we cannot currently accept Solo or Maestro Europe cards. We also accept PayPal.
- Q. CAN I PAY OVER THE PHONE?
A. We do accept payments over the phone.
- Q. CAN I SPECIFY A TIME OF DELIVERY AS TO WHEN I'LL BE AT HOME?
A. Due to our courier service we can only say that your goods will be delivered between the hours of 9am to 6pm, however if a parcel is delivered to your home while you're not there they will leave a card with contact details. The Courier then sends the parcel out from the depot on a day requested by the customer to ensure that they are at home and able to sign for the goods.
- Q. CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
A. Yes, for example your works address, as long as there is someone there to sign for the parcel.
- Q. ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL - ETA?
A. Orders placed on Monday-Thursday will be despatched the following day. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday. Most deliveries will take between 2-4 working days to arrive. Our standard delivery cost is £3.95 or free delivery on purchases over £100.
- Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
A. This could be due to technical or human error, in any of these rare and unlikely events, you would need to email or phone us on 01925 485 316 and state your problem.
- Q. PLEASE COULD YOU TELL ME YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
A. At KickFlip Boards, we aim to supply only the highest quality products and hope that you will always be delighted with your goods, however in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the product please contact us to arrange a return, refund or exchange.
