Atom Wheels
Atom wheels were founded by Julie and Doug Glass in 2007. Spotting a gap in the market for a high quality Roller Derby skate wheel, they teamed up with a world renowned wheel manufacturer/chemist based in California USA to launch the global wheel brand ‘Atom Wheels’. With their focus on roller derby market atom wheels continue to develop fresh new ideas and innovative skate wheels.
Atom wheels supply a large range of skate derby wheels for all types’ surfaces and skating styles. From soft outdoor wheels through to atom juke indoor range of skate wheels. With mix and match options no other skate wheel company offers such a diverse range of skate wheels like ‘atom wheels’ do.

Since 2007 Atom Wheels have increased their product range to include bags, skate pads and accessories under the brand name ‘Atom Gear’. Using the same principles of quality and good design Atom Wheels have produced a range of products to rival any skate competitor. All Atom Gear and Atom Wheels have been tested by our staff at KickFlip Boards and are highly recommended.
Since 1988, vice president and co-founder of Atom wheels, Doug Glass has been actively involved in developing, skate wheels and products. Doug has been involved in the development of skate wheels which won two world skate titles, one in 1995 and more recently in 2003 at the Venezuela World Championships. Atom Wheels' partnership with Luigino Racing is by far the most unique collaboration present in the industry today. Setting the standard for innovation in roller skating equipment technology!
